The genre of this dynamic, vivid and cheerful performance is "satirical comedy", referring the audience to the French comedy of situations, in which scenes are literally "strung" one on top of another. The production features various techniques of the theatre of masks. The original costumes and scenery convey the farcical spirit of Moliere's theatre. The stage of the "Chelovek” Theatre turns into a chessboard, on which the intriguing characters change "masks" and costumes, involving Pourceaugnac into the whirlpool of the game.
