IDIOT

“Dostoevsky's novels are rightly called "polyphonic". This means that each of the characters claims to possess some ultimate truth. In the clash of different truths, a new reality is born, in which different voices sound with equal force. 

In this sense, all the characters of "Idiot" are the authors of the story; all the characters are the main ones, they even argue for the authorship of their story. Therefore, in the novel it is impossible to determine one truth, which is "the main truth" for everyone”.
