About the Festival

Up to 130 performances of productions of more than 20 leading theatres from all around the world are shown during the Festival in Moscow and the regions of Russia.

The number of spectators: up to 100 000 in Moscow and up to 60 000 in Russian regions. 

About 400-500 publications and 150 videos concerning the Festival appear in mass media during the run of it.

Information and opportunities for sponsors and partners of the International Chekhov Theatre Festival
Example of a sponsorship package. The final structure of the package provided to the Company depends on the amount of support.
The counter-offers from potential sponsors/partners to promote the company's image within the framework of the Chekhov Festival are considered.

  1. Special positioning:
    1. Providing the Company with the status of sponsor/partner of the Chekhov Festival with appropriate positioning of the logo on advertising and information products.
    2. Holding of special events for the Company and its clients, including the participation of the cast and, if possible, directors of the performances of the Festival.
    3. Carrying out of the Company’s promotions for the audience and participants of the Chekhov Festival in theatres, hosting performances of the Festival.
    4. Installation of the Company’s roll-up banner stand in the foyer of theatres, hosting performances of the Chekhov Festival.
    5. Joint creation of unique branded items with the Company logo and using elements of the Festival’s brand image for gifts to guests and participants.
    6. Providing the Company with VIP tickets to the performances of the Chekhov Festival. Invitation to the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the Festival.
  2. Outdoor Advertising:
    1. Placing the Company logo on large, medium and small out-of-home advertising in the city center.
    2. Placing the Company logo on the out-of-home advertising of the theatres hosting the festival performances.
  3. Mass media and Internet:
    1. Mention of the Company in the advertising and information videos of the Chekhov Festival on “Channel One”.
    2. Mention of the Company in the advertising and information records of the Chekhov Festival on radio stations.
    3. Placement of the Company logo on the Chekhov Festival’s web banner on the popular web portals.
    4. Placement of the Company logo on advertising and announcements in periodical publications.
    5. Participation of the Company in the press conferences of the Chekhov Festival.
    6. Placing of the information about the Company in the social networking accounts of the Chekhov Festival, holding of joint contests, projects.
    7. Placing the Company logo on the official website of the Festival www.chekhovfest.ru in the section “Partners”.
  4. Printing Products:
    1. Placement of the Company's brand page and logo in the booklet of the International Chekhov Theatre Festival in Russian and English. The booklet contains information about all of the performances of the Festival and greetings of the President of the Russian Federation, the Mayor of Moscow, the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Director General of the Chekhov Festival.
    2. Placement of the Company logo on printing products of the Chekhov Festival (posters, flyers, programs, invitations).
